Turnaround Times
How quickly will we print your orders…Leaflets, if signed off by 5pm are usually printed the next morning for dispatch that evening or the next working day.
All other print has a longer turnaround which can vary dependent on the type of item been printed, for example, folded leaflets are usually 2-3 working days.
Brochures can take between 5-10 days depending on size, number of pages and finishing options. For larger orders our customer support will liaise with customers and agree a mutually acceptable schedule.
When we are planning our production schedules we operate a cut-off time of 4pm for receiving FINAL artwork and 5pm for approving artwork.

We distribute most of our production via overnight couriers such as FedEx.
We are reliant on FedEx delivering next day but please be aware in busy periods,
eg. December - FedEx can delay your parcel delivery due to their high delivery demands which is unfortunately out of our control.
Some areas of the country are two day delivery times, please see below for details and postcodes.
Please Note - The 4pm deadline is for FINAL ARTWORK, any re-submitted artwork after the 4pm deadline will be moved onto the next day’s schedule. All days referred to are normal business days (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays).
How will we deliver your order?
Most deliveries will be sent by FedEx overnight Courier Service, in some areas overnight delivery IS NOT AVAILABLE, please see below for details of affected areas.
For normal deliveries FedEx can deliver between 7am and 6pm.
If you require an early morning delivery (i.e. before 10.30am or before midday) please let us know, as this is a chargeable item due to the extra costs involved.
Please be aware that on the day of dispatch your order may have been collected by midday, so if you have entered your address incorrectly, or if you need to change the delivery address it may delay the delivery by another day.
Where and when do we deliver free to?
All deliveries to Mainland UK are free excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands & Channel Islands.
Some parts of the country are 2 day delivery times, but are still classed as a standard delivery costs - AB30-35, AB40-54, G83, PH15-18, TR21-25 postcodes.
Postcodes not included in standard delivery costs (please ask for delivery costs) - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV0-99, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH19-99,ZE0-99 . All BT, EI, GY, IM postcodes.
These are subject to change without notice, so if you are unsure please ask before ordering.
We CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Is print environmentally friendly?
Yes, we print only using paper from sustainable sources and all our litho print is produced using vegetable-based inks.
Proofing before printing
We will email you a free PDF proof to approve after you've placed your order.
Changes to a proof
We are happy to make artwork amends and corrections. Please respond to the customer support agent who sends the PDF and arrangements can be made to make corrections and we will provide a second proof. Corrections will be chargeable and cost will be agreed before we commence any work.
Hard copy proofs
We will be happy to supply a cost for this service.
Cancelling an order before printing
If it is within 30 days and we have not sent a PDF proof we will supply a full refund.
If it is within 30 days and we have supplied a PDF proof for approval, we may need to charge an administration fee.
If it is after a period of longer than 30 days, we will need to charge an administration fee of £15 (inc VAT) to cover costs incurred.
